Check-in/Check-out
The rooms are ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you arrive after 7 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

Adult Only
We are an adult only B&B. Don’t get us wrong, we love kids, but our adult-only policy allows for a tranquil ambience. Young adults from the age of 16 are very welcome at our house.

Pet-Free
If you are travelling with your beloved four-legged companion, please be aware that we do not allow pets or animals. To ensure the comfort of other guests, we strictly prohibit any pets or animals.

No Smoking!
We are a non-smoking B&B. All ensuites are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted outside out front or on the lower terrace.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 2 days or more (48hrs and more) before the scheduled arrival date will not be charged. Late cancellations made 2 days or less (48hrs or less) before the scheduled arrival date, late arrival, or no show, will be charged 100% of the total price of accommodation (booked services).
