General reservation information
1/ Chateau Dobřenice - part of a cultural monument
The Dobřenice Chateau is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Dobřenice Park (a protected site), i.e. it is part of a cultural monument listed in the catalogue of monuments by the National Heritage Institute. When staying at Dobřenice Chateau and moving around Dobřenice Park, it is therefore necessary to unconditionally respect the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural monuments and to comply with the Visiting Rules of Dobřenice Park - see link: ......................
2/ F&B opening hours
Breakfast is served for guests from 8 am to 10.30 am
Afternoon Tea is served for guests from 4 pm to 6pm
Apéro is served for guests from 6pm to 9pm
3/ Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in from 3 pm on the first day of accommodation
Check-out by 11 am on the last day of accommodation
Please check with reception for the possibility of staying on site after check-out time. If you would like to check in before 3 pm on the day of arrival or keep your room until the afternoon on the day of departure, please contact our reservations department to check this option and the price.
4/ Relaxation zone - Dobřenice Park
For your maximum comfort you can visit the beautiful surroundings of the Dobřenice Park (directly adjacent to the Dobřenice Chateau). However, when moving around in Dobřenice Park, you must unconditionally respect the requirements set out in the Dobřenice Park Visiting Rules (above).
5/ Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a confirmed reservation - standard reservation:
In the event of cancellation by the guest 2 days or more (ie. 48 hours or more) before the scheduled arrival, the accommodation provider will not charge a cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation by the guest 2 days or less (ie. less than 48 hours) before the scheduled arrival, or in case of a no show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of the accommodation (booked services) at Chateau Dobřenice.
5b/ Cancellation of confirmed reservation - discounted offers
We would like to inform you that in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation or in case of a no show, we will unfortunately be forced to charge you a fee of 100% of the total price of accommodation (booked services) at Dobřenice Chateau.
5c/ Cancellation of a confirmed reservation - gift certificate
In the event of cancellation of your confirmed reservation 2 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, your gift certificate will expire (without refund or compensation).
6/ Documents to be presented for accommodation
Guests are required to present a valid ID upon arrival, sign a registration card, and provide a guarantee by prepaying cash or pre-authorizing a credit card in the appropriate amount. If the guest does not present a valid ID (ID card, passport), the hotel is entitled to refuse to provide accommodation to the guest.
7/ Adult only
We would like to inform you that children from 0-15 years old are not permitted to stay at the hotel. We kindly welcome young adults 16 years and older to stay at the hotel.
8/ No pets / animals
We would like to inform you that accommodation of pets / animals (dogs etc.) in the Hotel Dobřenice is not permitted.
9/ Hotel Rules of Dobřenice Chateau
Dear guests, please read carefully the Hotel Regulations of the Dobřenice Chateau - see link: ............ (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel Rules"). All guests are obliged to comply with the Hotel Rules. When checking in, we ask you to sign the registration card to confirm that you have had the opportunity to read the Hotel Rules.

1/ Conclusion of the accommodation contract
The operator of the hotel in the Dobřenice Chateau is ROKALION s.r.o., with its registered office at Praha 6 - Nebušice, K Park 737, ID No.: 26208733, VAT No.: CZ26208733, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under No. C 79872 (hereinafter referred to as the "accommodation provider").
The accommodation provider provides services in the Dobřenice Chateau (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") according to its classification corresponding to the level of the Hotel. A contract for accommodation (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded between the Hotel operator and the guest within the meaning of the provisions of Sections 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), and the related regulations.
By the accommodation contract, the accommodation provider undertakes to provide temporary accommodation in the Hotel for the agreed period of time and the client (guest) undertakes to pay the accommodation provider for accommodation and for services related to the accommodation the price specified in the Hotel Price List (in the current amount as of the date of conclusion of the accommodation contract) under the terms and conditions specified in the contract and in these Hotel Rules.

The guest's accommodation is always specified in more detail during the binding booking process and the guest is charged accordingly.
The hotel is only allowed to accommodate guests who have a valid reservation and who have duly registered. Guests are required to present a valid ID, ID card or passport upon arrival, sign the registration card, provide a guarantee of payment in advance (part of the price or the full price) in cash or by pre-authorizing a credit card in the appropriate amount.
If the guest does not present a valid identity document (ID card, passport), the Hotel is entitled to refuse to accommodate the guest in accordance with the relevant legislation (especially regarding the obligation to register a paid stay within the accommodation services, to register the stay of foreigners, etc.).
On the basis of a confirmed reservation, the Hotel will accommodate the guest from 3 pm to midnight (the first day of the stay). During this time the room is reserved for the guest, unless otherwise specified in the order. Any early check-in before 3 pm must be agreed in advance at the time of booking the room and await the Hotel's approval and possible pricing of this extra service.
The Hotel is not obliged to accommodate guests without a confirmed reservation, guests under the age 16 years old and guests arriving after midnight.
If it is not possible to extend the stay in the room in which the guest was accommodated on arrival, the Hotel is entitled to offer another room.
The guest is obliged to use the Hotel premises and to accept the services associated with the accommodation in due manner and in accordance with the Hotel Rules, without the consent of the accommodation provider they may not make any changes in the accommodation space.
2/General accommodation rules
The Hotel's common areas are intended for hotel guests only. Receiving visitors is not permitted at the hotel.
In case of illness or injury, the Hotel will call for medical assistance if possible. Any costs for transportation and treatment will be borne by the guest. The exception is when the Hotel is responsible for the illness or injury incurred to the guest.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Hotel. In the event of non-compliance with the prohibition according to the previous sentence, we will charge the guest with the amount of CZK 5,000 (contractual penalty).
Accommodation of pets / dogs (hereinafter referred to as "Pets") in the Hotel is not permitted.
Violation of this regulation and bringing an Animal in the room or premises of the Hotel entitles the accommodation provider to charge the guest a contractual penalty of CZK 10,000 for each case of violation of this obligation (among others as compensation for cleaning the room or premises of the Hotel, also as a penalty fine).
Accommodation of children from 0-15 years old (hereinafter referred to as "Children") in the Hotel is not permitted. The Hotel is entitled to refuse to accommodate Children. Violation of this regulation and bringing Children to the Hotel, entitles the accommodation provider to cancel the guest reservation and charge the guest for the entire cost of the guest’s booked stay at the Hotel. The reason and purpose of regulation according to this paragraph is to ensure a calm and quiet environment of the Hotel suitable for relaxation.
Guests of the Hotel are not allowed to move any furniture and equipment or to interfere with the electrical network and equipment located in the room or in the common areas of the Hotel. For safety reasons, guests may only use electrical appliances that are used for their personal hygiene (hair dryers, shavers, massagers, etc.) and laptops, tablets and similar small electrical appliances.
Guests are entitled to free wireless internet access via Wi-Fi in all areas of the Hotel.
From 10 pm to 6 am, guests are obliged to respect peace of the Hotel and its surroundings at night.
If a guest under the influence of alcohol or other addictive or narcotic substances does not comply with the Hotel Rules, they may be denied entry to the Hotel. Reoccurrence of such conduct shall constitute be grounds for termination of such person's accommodation.
In exceptional cases, the Hotel is entitled to offer the guest a different accommodation than the one ordered. However, this accommodation must not be substantially different from the originally confirmed accommodation.
Consumption of one´s own beverages and food in the Hotel is not allowed .
During their stay in the Hotel, when moving around in its immediate surroundings and in the premises of the Dobřenice Chateau Park (hereinafter referred to as "Dobřenice Park"), guests are also obliged to comply with the obligations set out in the Dobřenice Park Visiting Rules, as well as (given that it is a cultural monument) to unconditionally respect the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural monuments - see link here: ....
Guests are obliged to get acquainted with the Hotel Rules and to comply with the provisions of these Hotel Rules. In the event that a guest violates these rules, the Hotel has the right to terminate the guest's stay prior to the originally agreed time or date of departure.
The hotel may terminate the contract without notice before the expiry of the agreed period if the guest (or persons sharing accommodation with them), despite a prior warning, grossly violates their obligations under the contract, the Hotel Rules or the Dobřenice Park Visiting Rules, or good manners.
The hotel welcomes any suggestions for improvement and also thanks you for your critical comments.
If the guest has any legitimate requests or complaints during the stay, they can contact the competent member of hotel staff who will make every effort to fulfil the guest's request.
3/ Safety, guest's liability for damages
The Hotel Operator shall not be liable for any injury to health, damage or property caused by the Guest (or persons accompanying them, minors, visitors, etc.) to themselves, the Operator or a third party.
Each guest is obliged to behave in such a way as to prevent any danger to the life and health of their own and of other persons, property and the environment when staying in the Hotel and moving around in the Dobřenice Park. At the same time, they are obliged to observe the rules of decency, civil coexistence and behave with the utmost consideration for the environment, property and other persons.
The guest is liable for damages and other injuries (whether to health, life or property) caused by the guest while staying in the Hotel or while moving around in the Dobřenice Park under the terms of civil law, in particular the Civil Code. The guest (legal representative) is also responsible for minors and persons with limited legal capacity who share the accommodation with them.
It is forbidden to carry or keep weapons in all areas of the Hotel.
For safety reasons, children under ten years of age must not stay in the room or other areas of the Hotel and Park Dobřenice without adult supervision. Any damage caused by children is the full responsibility of their legal representative.
For safety reasons, persons with reduced mobility and persons unable to move independently cannot be accommodated in rooms No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
The water areas located in the Dobřenice Park are unsupervised and not intended for swimming (see also the Dobřenice Park Visiting Rules for more details), the guest is responsible for their own safety and the safety of the persons entrusted to them or persons under their supervision.
Guests are responsible for damages caused to hotel property and equipment.
4/ Departure from the Hotel
The guests use the room or common areas for the Hotel guests for the agreed period of stay. Unless otherwise agreed and approved by the Hotel in advance, the Guest must check out by 11 am on the last day of the stay and must vacate the room by that time. If the guest fails to do so, the Hotel is entitled to charge the guest for the next day or at least part of it.
Guests must turn off the taps and close the door and windows when leaving the room. Guests must hand over their room keys and door key card chip at the reception when checking out.
Guests pay for accommodation and services at the end of their stay according to the valid price list (including any prepayment). Before leaving the Hotel it is the responsibility of each guest to check out properly and settle their account.
In case of loss of the key or door key card chip, the guest is obliged to report the loss immediately to the Hotel reception. In the event of failure to do so, the Hotel shall not be liable for any damages related to the loss of the key. The guest will be charged a fee of CZK 1,000 for the lost key or door key card chip. The guest is obliged to pay this fee before leaving the Hotel.
These Hotel Rules shall come into force and effect on 1 May 2023.

Park policies
1/ Introductory provisions
The Dobřenice Park (hereinafter referred to as "Dobřenice Park") is a protected site (within the meaning of Act No. 20/1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended) and part of a cultural monument listed by the National Heritage Institute in the catalogue of monuments under ÚSKP 19539/6-595 (Dobřenice Chateau), therefore it is necessary to unconditionally respect the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural monuments.
Dobřenice Park is privately owned.
Access to Dobřenice Park is via the adjacent Dobřenice Chateau. Visitors to the Dobřenice Park are (subject to these Visiting Rules) allowed to pass through this area to the entrance to the Dobřenice Park. Entrance to other parts of the Dobřenice Chateau grounds is prohibited.
Dobřenice Park is open all year round, daily, during the following opening hours:
a) in the period from 1 April to 31 October of the year the opening hours are from 8 am to 8 pm;
b) in the period from 1 November to 31 March of the year the opening hours are from 8 am to dusk (but no later than 6 pm).

Entrance to Dobřenice Park is only at the visitors' own risk (see below).
By entering the Dobřenice Park, the visitor unconditionally undertakes to fully respect these Visiting Rules as well as other obligations arising from legal regulations.
2/ Prohibited activities and activities
In Dobřenice Park, the following is prohibited:

entering the Dobřenice Park and stay there outside the Opening Hours;
-
moving outside park paths, entering meadows and watercourses;
-
free running of dogs (dogs must be kept on a leash);
-
swimming, skating and horse riding;
-
driving motorised vehicles (including segways, motorised scooters, longboards, hooverboards, etc.) except for wheelchairs;
-
Damaging and picking plants or woody plants;
-
littering in Dobřenice Park, making noise and camping; picnicking, celebrating and making other events;
-
disturbing and hunting animals, e.g. catching fish;
-
damaging, stealing or otherwise tampering with the equipment of Dobřenice Park, the objects located therein and the water management and other operational facilities;
-
smoking and handling open flames;
-
entering Dobřenice Park in a drunken state or under the influence of intoxicants;
-
performing activities that could lead to damage to Dobřenice Park or its components, objects, natural resources (especially plants and trees), disturbance of wildlife, etc.;
-
taking photographs and filming without the permission of the owner of Dobřenice Park , except for normal tourist photography and filming (exclusively for personal use);
-
using drones;
-
undertaking any activities that could lead to violation of these Visiting Rules or legal regulations (including regulations related to monument protection, nature and landscape protection, etc.).
3/ Prevention of damage and other losses
Every visitor is obliged to behave in such a way as to prevent any danger to their life and health and those of other persons, property and the environment. At the same time, they are obliged to observe the rules of decency, civil coexistence and behave with the utmost respect for the environment, property and other visitors.
Adults entering Dobřenice Park are also responsible for the safety of minors, as well as other persons who are partially or fully incapacitated, whom they care for or accompany.
The owner and the manager of Dobřenice Park may give visitors instructions necessary to ensure safety, to ensure the operation and protection of Dobřenice Park, as well as to ensure compliance with these Visiting Rules and legal regulations. Visitors are obliged to obey their instructions. Failure to obey these instructions or violation of the Visiting Rules may result in visitors being banned from the Dobřenice Park.
4/ Final Provisions
Any exceptions to the obligations or restrictions set out in these Visiting Rules may be granted (in justified cases) by the owner or manager of Dobřenice Park in writing. However, this does not affect the obligation of visitors to comply with the law.
The owner of the Dobřenice Park reserves the right to temporarily close the Dobřenice Park for the duration of particularly adverse weather conditions (storms, ice, etc.), during private social and cultural events or in other similar and justified cases (to ensure safety, prevent damage or protect other legitimate interests).
These Visiting Rules are valid and effective from 1 April 2023.

1/ Information on handling of personal data
The operator of the Dobřenice Chateau hereby informs the guests (residents) of the Dobřenice Chateau that the protection of personal data of natural persons in connection with accommodation in the Dobřenice Chateau is ensured as follows:
The company ROKALION s.r.o., 26208733, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under No. C 79872, as the operator of the Dobřenice Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), as amended - hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR", and other legislation on the protection of personal data. The Administrator processes data obtained primarily from the data subject (accommodated persons) and also data obtained from third parties (e.g. accommodation intermediaries, travel agencies, online portals, etc.) who are entitled to share the data in question with the Administrator, where the Administrator processes data from third parties only to the extent necessary for the performance of contracts or legal obligations within the meaning of the following. Personal data in the following data scope: name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, telephone number, e-mail address, permanent address and date of birth, or similar identification data to the extent necessary, may be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing an accommodation contract or similar contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") and for the purpose of exercising the Administrator's rights under the Contract.
Personal data in the following data range: first name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, purpose of stay, number of ID card or travel document (passport), or similar identification data to the extent necessary, may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's obligations imposed on it by legal regulations imposing the obligation to register accommodated persons, e.g. Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended. Personal data within the scope of the following data: name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, address of permanent residence, date of birth, number of travel document (passport), nationality, visa number and purpose of stay, or similar identification data to the extent necessary, may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's obligations under Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts, as amended.
Personal data will be processed manually and automatically by the Administrator directly through its authorized employees and through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of personal data processing contracts. The guest has the right to access their personal data processed by the Administrator, to correct or delete them, or to restrict processing, and the right to object to the processing. The Guest also has the right to obtain from the Administrator the personal data concerning the Guest and the data provided to the Administrator. The Administrator shall provide the data without undue delay upon written request of the guest. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed by automated means (unless otherwise provided for in the GDPR or other legislation). If the guest believes that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully, he or she may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

General Terms & Conditions
1/ Parties to the contractual relationship
The hotel in the Dobřenice Chateau is operated by ROKALION s.r.o, with registered office in Prague 6 - Nebušice, K Park 737, ID No.: 26208733, VAT No.: CZ26208733, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under No. C 79872 (hereinafter also referred to as the "accommodation provider"). Production, trade and services not specified in annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act, inter alia for the field of activity.
The accommodation provider provides services in the Chateau Dobřenice (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel") according to its classification corresponding to the level of the Hotel. A contract for accommodation or related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded between the Hotel Operator and the guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") within the meaning of Sections 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), and related regulations. The rights and obligations not expressly mentioned in the contract are governed by these GTC, which form part of the contract between the accommodation provider and the accommodated.
If the accommodation guest is a consumer, the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider and the accommodation guest is also subject to consumer protection legislation (e.g. relevant provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act, etc.), which shall prevail in the event of a conflict with this contract, the GTC or the Hotel Rules.
By the accommodation contract, the accommodation provider undertakes to provide temporary accommodation in the Hotel for the agreed period of time and the client (guest) undertakes to pay the accommodation provider for accommodation and for services related to the accommodation the price set by the Hotel Price List (in the current amount as of the date of conclusion of the contract) under the conditions specified in the contract, the GTC and the Hotel Rules. Any negotiation of a price different from the Hotel Price List is possible only by written agreement of the contracting parties (within the framework of the contract).

2/ Booking accommodation and services
Reservation of accommodation and other services in the Hotel and confirmation of this reservation by the Hotel is possible only in writing, i.e. by e-mail.
A reservation is considered valid and binding if the Hotel confirms the reservation in writing to the guest or by an automatic email confirmation generated by the relevant online reservation system. Upon confirmation of the reservation according to the previous sentence, the Guest is fully bound by these GTC.
The following is the guarantee of the services ordered by the guest by means of a credit card or by paying a deposit in the amount of the accommodation and services ordered. Individual conditions may be set.
In the event that the Hotel or the Guest fails to comply with the above conditions, the accommodation and related services may not be provided by the accommodation provider.
The information provided on the booking confirmation is binding on both parties.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation - standard reservation:
In the event of cancellation by the guest 2 days or more (48 hours or more) before the scheduled arrival, the accommodation provider will not charge a cancellation fee.
In the event of a late cancellation by the guest 2 days or less (less than 48 hours) before the scheduled arrival, or in case of a no show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of the accommodation (booked services) at Chateau Dobřenice.
Cancellation of confirmed reservations - discounted offers:
In the event of cancellation by the guest, the accommodation provider has the right to charge the guest a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of accommodation (booked services) at Dobřenice Castle.
Cancellation of confirmed reservation - gift certificate:
In the event of cancellation by the guest 2 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, the gift certificate will expire (without refund or compensation).
3/ Prices, cancellation and payment conditions
The price is per room per night, including breakfast, unless the guest chooses otherwise.
The price of accommodation and related services will be subject to value added tax - hereinafter referred to as "VAT" according to current legislation (or the price without VAT will be indicated in the reservation, which will be increased by the relevant VAT). Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices quoted in the Contract, GTC, Price List etc. are exclusive of VAT.
Any stay fee (as defined by the Local Tax Act, municipal regulations, etc.) is not included in the room rate. This fee will be paid by the guest at the Hotel reception.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be made in writing, i.e. by e-mail. The exact method of cancellation is determined by the booking system used for the reservation.
When cancelling a booking that was made through an external provider (e.g. booking.com or other platforms), the booking must also be cancelled through the external provider in the manner required by the external provider and under its booking conditions.
Changing a reservation, i.e. moving the booked services to another date, is considered a cancellation of the original reservation and is governed by the same rules as cancellation.
Accommodation can be paid in cash in CZK (Czech crowns). In case of payment by credit/debit card, the amount in CZK will be charged. In case of DCC service, the client can choose the currency according to the issuer of their credit card or CZK.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card up to the total amount of the accommodation and related services.
In the event that the guest fails to arrive at the Hotel at the specified time (according to the contract, GTC or Hotel Rules), the reservation will be cancelled and the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the guest for the entire cost of the guest's booked stay at the Hotel. The Guest acknowledges this and agrees to pay the costs according to the previous sentence.

5c/ Cancellation of a confirmed reservation - gift certificate
In the event of cancellation of your confirmed reservation 2 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, your gift certificate will expire (without refund or compensation).
4/ Rights and obligations of the guest
The Guest has the right to use the reserved areas in the Hotel and their facilities, as well as the facilities of the common areas of the Hotel (as defined by the accommodation provider).
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay for any repairs, replacements or special cleaning. The amount of payment will be specified and documented by the host.
The guest also agrees to comply with the obligations set out in the Hotel Rules, the current version of which is available at this link: ...........................; the Hotel Rules also form part of the contract between the accommodation provider and the accommodation guest.
The guest is obliged to complain about any defects or shortcomings during their stay so that a remedy can be arranged.
The Guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of the Hotel's accommodation services, including additional services, no later than on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of non-payment of the costs according to the previous sentence, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the corresponding amount to the guest's credit card after their departure.
The Guest may withdraw from the contract based on the cancellation conditions or in the event that the accommodation provider has not provided the Guest with the services agreed in advance according to the contract (corresponding to the Hotel's standard).
Check-in time to the Hotel is from 3 pm on the day of arrival (first day of accommodation). Earlier check-in is possible only by agreement with the accommodation provider for a fee.
Check-out time is until 11 am on the day of departure (last day of accommodation). Late check-out is possible only by agreement with the accommodation provider for a fee.
The hotel is non-smoking. Violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or premises of the Hotel entitles the accommodation provider to charge the guest a contractual penalty of CZK 5,000 for each case of violation of this obligation (among others as compensation for cleaning the room or premises of the Hotel, also as a penalty fine). Smoking is only allowed outside the Hotel premises.
The time between 10 pm and 6 am is considered night time. Conduct that leads to disturbance of other guests during night time is strictly prohibited (this includes, for example, loud music, television, shouting in rooms, corridors and other disturbing behaviour). In the event of a serious breach of this rule, the accommodation provider may impose a contractual fine of up to CZK 10,000 for each violation of this obligation (as a penalty fine) or call the police if necessary.
Accommodation of pets / dogs (hereinafter referred to as "Pets") in the Hotel is not permitted.
Violation of this regulation and bringing Animals in the room or premises of the Hotel entitles the accommodation provider to charge the guest a contractual penalty of CZK 10,000 for each case of violation of this obligation (among others as compensation for cleaning the room or premises of the Hotel, also as a penalty fine).
Accommodation of children from 0-15 years old (hereinafter referred to as "Children") in the Hotel is not permitted. The Hotel is entitled to refuse to accommodate Children. Violation of this regulation and bringing Children to the Hotel, entitles the accommodation provider to cancel the guest reservation and charge the guest for the entire cost of the guest’s booked stay at the Hotel. The reason and purpose of regulation according to this paragraph is to ensure a calm and quiet environment of the Hotel suitable for relaxation.
5/ Rights and obligations of the accommodation provider
The accommodation provider undertakes to provide accommodation for the guest on the basis of pre-agreed services that correspond to the Hotel standard.
In the event that the Hotel cannot accommodate the guest on the basis of a reservation made and confirmed in advance due to an exceptional situation, such as the exclusivity of the Hotel, a situation related to the health of the staff, an epidemic, etc., the accommodation provider is obliged to arrange adequate accommodation for the guest in another facility of the same category under the same financial conditions, but not in the same room category, on the original or alternative date. The accommodation provider is not obliged to compensate (or financially compensate) for the above mentioned exceptional situation in any other way than stated above in the previous sentence of this point 5/ of the GTC. In this case, the accommodation provider also reserves the right to withdraw from the contract with the guest if the guest does not agree to the above alternative accommodation or if the parties cannot agree on such a solution.
6/ Final provisions
The accommodation provider reserves the right to make changes to these GTC, the effectiveness of the change of the GTC is always from the day following the notification of this change on the Hotel's website www.zamekdobrenice.cz. The Guest is obliged to abide by the GTC always in their current version displayed on the Hotel's website.
The accommodation provider collects the personal data of guests (accommodated) only for the time necessary until the termination of the provision of the agreed services or according to legal regulations (especially GDPR), and shall not provide this data to other persons. All rights and obligations of the parties regarding the contract (for accommodation or related services) or the GTC between the accommodation provider and the guest are governed exclusively by the law in force in the Czech Republic (excluding conflict of laws of international substantive law). The courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the contract (for accommodation or related services) or the GTC. This is without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the Czech Trade Inspectorate for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes - see the Information on the basis of the amendment to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection - see link: ..............
These GTC shall come into force and effect on 1 May 2023.
